Med Group&#8217;s intention was to renew their employer image and at the same time develop a positive discussion how cleaning services are viewed. Based on the client&#8217;s assignment, we designed and implemented the Everyday Hero concept, which was designed to emphasize the appreciation of this important work. The concept was implemented as locality-specific recruitment campaigns in print and social media channels. The concept was inspired by recruitment videos, in which Luja&#8217;s employees present their job and normal working day. In line with this theme, we created cinematic posters for recruitment communications that attracted job seekers to explore the content further. The campaign was implemented into newspaper ads and web visibility.
