Catalog renewal increases sales efficiency
We design and update various sales brochures, catalogs and orderbooks. We make sure that the visual look follows the brand’s guidelines and the desired information is displayed in spectacular way.
Starting point:
Haugen-Gruppen is one of the largest companies in the Nordic countries for the import, sale and marketing of branded foods. Haugen-Gruppen’s client base consists of central food stores, HoReCa and other catering customers. Product catalogs have always played an important role in reaching and communicating with these clients.
What we did:
The Haugen Group represents a number of high-quality and popular international brands, which is why the company’s own communication materials also need to reflect similar high-quality approach. Together with the customer, we designed how the structure of the existing catalogs could be updated so that the end result looks beautiful, and yet so that we can optimize the use of space at the same time. Our professional image editors made sure that the images and product images looked excellent in the printed material.
Result:
In this project we utilized data transfer automation, which allows product data to be transferred efficiently and directly to the layout file. This saved time and other resources, and also left no room for human error. Once the catalogs were completed, we also created digital publication versions, which allowed the customer to reduce the need for printed catalogs and increase their usability as part of other corporate communications.
The accuracy of the data, the impressive product images and the time savings brought about by the managed process are valuable factors – especially when we are on the verge of reform.
