HKScan’s group identity underwent a major renewal, as part of which a unified corporate image was created for this international brand. We were part of the customer’s daily operations and implemented the new identity to eight countries in addition to Finland.
What we did:
We helped HKScan to plan and manage the identity renewal thus freeing their own resources for other day-to-day work. We managed the identity implementation in a controlled manner and brought the new visual look into all corporate communications and marketing materials.
We created a cohesive visual identity that internal stakeholders perceived as their own and external stakeholders learned to recognize. With controlled centralization, we were able to bring significant cost savings to the customer during the implementation phase. We also ensured that the launch schedules were met as agreed.
