Case: ONNI hoiva
Med Group is a Finnish social and health care service company whose ONNI hoiva services include personal assistance care for the elderly and families with children. Med Group’s intention was to renew their employer image and at the same time develop a positive discussion how cleaning services are viewed. Based on the client’s assignment, we designed and implemented the Everyday Hero concept, which was designed to emphasize the appreciation of this important work. The concept was implemented as locality-specific recruitment campaigns in print and social media channels. Feedback from this campaign has been positive and employees have felt that their work is valued.
Jobs and Luja entertainment
Luja companies were excited to try a completely new kind of recruitment communication with us, in which they wanted to gain interest of potential job seekers in an unusual way. The concept was inspired by recruitment videos, in which Luja’s employees present their job and normal working day. In line with this theme, we created cinematic posters for recruitment communications that attracted job seekers to explore the content further. The campaign was implemented into newspaper ads and web visibility. The campaign has attracted attention with its messages and visual approach that are not usual for this industry.
