Substral, a brand that promotes plant welfare, needed to renew its web presence and create content that would appeal to its target groups via Substral website and social media channels. The primary goal for the website was to improve user-friendliness and unify brand visibility. For social media the main objective was to reach potential customers and to create brand awareness via Facebook and Instagram.
What we did:
Together with the customer, we planned how comprehensively the website would be renewed. It was important that the site was technically up-to-date and that the usability and accessibility were also taken into account and brought to todays standards. On this basis, we created a completely new structure for the website and created theme categories that would appeal to target audiences. We used personalization to define target groups and we analysed their potential behaviour. The same personalizations were also utilized in the social media content plan, for which we created theme topics and made a weekly publication plan. We redesigned the visual look of the Substral some channels and created content for articles and publications.
With the help of data analytics, we have monitored how well the target groups are committed to the content of the renewed homepage, as well as Facebook and Instagram. The results have been excellent and we have increased the number of loyal followers.
